Today Bill and Tambra took us on a tour of downtown Waldron. There are a lot historical buildings there. Some are over 100 years old. The place is full of history.

Tonight we went to see the movie Secretariat. We really enjoyed this movie. It was playing at the old theater that has been renovated. It has the old fashioned ticket window outside the building. They are only open Friday and Saturday nights. I will get a picture of the theater tomorrow so I can post it.
After returning from the movies it was time for a little 10 Penny. John won with a score of 45. Wow!

ReplyDeleteWaldron reminds me of our downtown Sandwich....lots of old buildings and history...We used to have a theater, too...but progress took over and now it's a floorcovering store....
