Dulcimer Shoppe and Country Store.

John got his dulcimer fixed. Yeah!!! He took it to The Dulcimer Shoppe in Mountain View. They have a room in the back of the shop where you can watch them build McSpadden Dulcimers. You can also sit and play dulcimers.

While we were out today we stopped by the Mellon’s Country Store. We stopped here the last time we where here. The store has a little bit of everything. John found some Fels Naptha soap that he has been look for to make his homemade laundry detergent.

After leaving the country store we drove through the surrounding areas taking in the scenery. I was looking for some pretty trees to take pictures of. We did find a few with changing leaves.

Laugh everyday. Happy trails. Stay safe.

  1. We remember Mellon's Country Store...loved the old floors and soda pop coolers. You're in a beautiful part of the Ozarks. Enjoy! K
