Yesterday John made Bananas Foster French Toast for breakfast. It was delicious. Luckily he made a bunch of it so we had some again this morning.
Today was a work day for us. It was really hot outside and we had a full day. I always try to remember to bring the camera along just in case there is something interesting to take a picture of. Well, I finally got to take a picture of a snake……up close. John stopped the truck so I could get a picture. I got out to take closer look.
It was moving fast so I had to hurry to get the pictures.
I still haven’t gotten a picture of the tortoise or the fox squirrel yet. Hopefully I will get a chance before we leave here.
Laugh everyday. Happy trails. Stay safe.
That's a snake alright LOL!! Great header picture of Ava Grace.
ReplyDeleteNice of John to stop for you to get your photo! Especially when it was a SNAKE!

Why is it I get no warnings for snake photos...Y'all must like me to feel nauseated.!! and...bananas foster???? Are you kidding me?? Dennis just drives me through Micky D's for a sausage biscuit!
ReplyDeleteLove the picture of Ava Grace. She is getting so big, so fast. Not so much love for the snake pic. Glad you are enjoying your work camp experience. Hugs
ReplyDeleteYou just lost a reader...for this weeks entry. Sherri said she was going to have to drop out until the snake was good and gone. The last snake she came across was at a state park in South Louisiana. They could hear her scream all the way up at the Rangers Office...maybe a half mile away...LOL
ReplyDeleteJoe and ....she is gone.
