This morning our friends Dennis and Donna came by for coffee and we visited for a while. So good to see them again. Fred certainly enjoyed the attention.
Dennis and Donna treated us to lunch at a place called The Bull Moose Bar and Grill, a train car that was converted in to a restaurant. This cool local attraction packed full of history. If you are ever in this area stop in and check it out. We all had the special for lunch....cheeseburgers. They were very tasty.
After enjoying our lunch Dennis took us on a tour of the town. I love looking at old buildings and houses when we travel and this town has lots of interesting structures to look at. One of them is the
Von KleinSmid Mansion. What cool looking place. Dennis and Donna are great tour guides.
After touring the town we returned to their place and visted for a while longer. It is always fun to share travel stories and RVing mishaps.
We will be leaving Sandwich, IL tomorrow morning to continue on our way to Detroit Lakes, MN.

We could probably get ourselves into some serious trouble if we were together too long. Hope to see you 3 again sometime soon..Have fun with Judy and Emma..I think Judy is setting Fred and Emma up for a blind date!
