Fresh Air BBQ

John spent the morning working on getting the satellite working.  He finally got it going. Yeah!!!

Around lunchtime we headed out to Wal-mart to pick up a few items we needed.  On the way we stopped for lunch at a local place called Fresh Air BBQ.  The meat was delicious but the BBQ sauce was just too tangy for our taste.  It would have been perfect BBQ if the sauce was sweet. This is the first BBQ  place we have ever eaten at where BBQ beans were not served.   Strange BBQ for the South.

When we got back to the campground we stopped off at the front office to meet Kim who handles the administrative stuff.  I did manage to get some pictures of the front of the park.

Tomorrow we will ride over to Warner Robins to visit cousin Patricia and her family.  It will be good to see them.

Laugh everyday.  Happy trails.  Stay safe.

  2. Yes Texas has the best! We use to live in North Carolina and their BBQ is not at all like Texas. The only place out of state that I have gone to that had good BBQ was in Durango Colorado at Serious BBQ...you know the place.
