I realized we haven't posted a blog since we left Georgia so I thought I would catch up on that today. 

Before leaving Georgia, John and I rode over to visit friends Mike and Terri who are volunteering at Strom Thurmond COE Park.  It has been a few years since we've seen them.

We enjoyed our visit and hope to see them again soon. Thanks Mike and Terri for inviting us over. 

Saturday morning we were up and on the road to Myrtle Beach, SC before 10:00 a.m.   Our trip was uneventful and we arrived and were all setup before 5:00 p.m.  It was a very windy day.

After getting setup we drove over to Cherry Grove to visit friends Tom and Stephanie Young.  The last time we saw them was back in 2012 when we were parked next door to them at another RV park in Myrtle Beach.  We will get a chance to visit with them again before we leave the area. 

Monday our friends Barb and Bob Williams arrived.  Yeah....they are parked in the site next to ours. 

After having dinner at Angelo's Italian Restaurant we were back home playing Rummikub and enjoying the chocolate pie John made for Bob.

Of course we had to take a break to eat chocolate pie.

Last night Bob tried out his new grill by cooking some pork chops for dinner. 

Yum Yum....it was good.

The weather has warmed up today and we were able to play a few rounds of ladder golf.  Looking forward to many ladder golf games with Bob.
