We have been very busy since our last post. The parking team parked over 690 RVs for the rally. For the most part the weather was great. We were lucky the rain held off until after parking was over. My camera has bit the dust so I borrowed pictures from my friend Michelle Jarvis. Michelle and Dave were the greeters for the parking team.

Group picture of the Parking Team. Such and awesome group of people to work with. Thank you to everyone on the parking team for all of their hard work. Also, a huge thank you to the Security Team and Customer Service for working hand in hand with us.
This Escapade was Bob and Molly's last rally as directors. The parking team presented them with gifts at the Parking Team potluck dinner.

I don't remember what was so funny but our group is always laughing.
I wasn't able to complete a speech or say very much when Molly teared up. Poor John had to finish for me.
There aren't enough words to describe how much we have all appreciated Bob and Molly's hard work for Escapades.
Here are a few more pictures from our Parking Team Potluck.

Soon it was time to pack everything up and say "see ya later" to everyone.

We left a couple days later and followed RV friends Dave and Michelle to Norridgewock, Maine to stay for a week. John installed Dave's See-Level gauges on his fifth wheel.

Today we rode over to Byron, Maine and panned for gold. It was so much fun.

We have really enjoyed visiting this area. Lots of fun. Thanks Dave and Michelle for being great hosts and tour guides.
Laugh everyday. Happy trails. Stay safe.
I'll bet that water was refreshingly COLD! Did you find any gold? I don't recall hearing about a gold rush in that area....😊
ReplyDeleteIt was a great day. Bridget and I were hand panning and found nothing. The 2 guys using the dredge found 2 or 3 flakes. No gold rush here.
