BBQ Pulled Pork Sandwiches

Fred and I got up around 9:00 this morning and went out for our morning walk.  When I got back everyone was still asleep so I sat outside and read for a while enjoying the nice weather.

This afternoon we went back to Wal-mart to pick up the prescriptions that weren’t ready yesterday. I called before making the 30 minute trip over to Hazard so it wouldn’t be a wasted trip.

John cooked some BBQ pork for pulled pork sandwiches for dinner.  Forgot to get a picture of the food but it was yummy.

Our little bunny visitors came back again today.  I tried to zoom in real close but the pictures blurred a little.

  1. I make it in the slow cooker. We had it this weekend, three meals for two people for about $12 if you include the cost of buns. Not bad. Oh I forgot, I made coleslaw and grilled Pineapple too so the total cost was probably $15.

  4. I love pulled pork. Thanks for the recipe for laundry soap. I bought everything today. I can't believe that my soap will only cost me around .01 cent for each load. It makes my frugal heart sing. Do you use any essence of oil in yours for fragrance? Stay safe.
