Good news at the doctor.

Up early and on the road to Greenville, SC this morning for my two year recheck the bone lesion in my right shoulder.   I am happy to report the doctor said there is no change and it still a benign bone lesion.  I still have to go back in two years but I can live with that.  Thanks to everyone for the thoughts and prayers.  I really appreciate it.
Last night we decided we would try out Phillips, a seafood restaurant a friend told us about.  Unfortunately, we arrived to find the place closed.  So sad.  You know how it is when you have your mind set on something.  This place was supposed to have outstanding crab cakes so you know we wanted that. LOL    On our way back home we stopped in at a placed called Captain Bennett’s Calabash Seafood Restaurant. It was a very pricey disappointment to say the least.  The crab cakes were overcooked and everything on the seafood bar tasted the same.  The hushpuppies were like little dough balls with no flavor.  At one point I looked across the table at John and asked, “How is the corn?”  He had taken a bite of it and placed it back in the bowl.  You know when John puts something back it is not a good sign. LOL He said the corn on the cobb tasted like a block of salt.  Nasty!    It really made me appreciate the seafood back home.
When we finally got back to the campground we sat outside and visited with our neighbors and enjoyed their company and the nice weather.
Tomorrow our Georgia friend Dick Hudler will be having surgery on his foot. We wish him a speedy recovery and much relief from a foot that has been paining him for quite a while.  Dick, Fred sends you a big dog hug. LOL
Laugh everyday.  Happy trails.  Stay safe.

  2. When we were in Myrtle Beach in 2009, we went to a place called "Bubba's" Fish Shack in Surfside Beach.

The food was very good and it was a neat place.

You might want to check it out if you have time.
