We have enjoyed nice weather since we got back to Mississippi. Tomorrow it is supposed to rain here but the weatherman says it will be scattered showers so that won’t be too bad.
John worked at the Renaissance Mall today from 7 to 3. After he got off we went grocery shopping. You know that is always fun. LOL This Saturday Marcy, Annie and I are hosting a baby shower for Kelsey and Robert. That will be fun. It won’t be long before Ava Grace will be here.
Tonight I made a gallon of spaghetti and meat sauce to freeze for later. I like having things in the freezer to pull out for those times when I don’t feel like cooking or when I run short on time.

Some think of that as left-overs, I call it planned pre-cooked meals. I freeze batches of pre-cooked food to take in the RV, so easy to warm up while you are setting up.
