30th Wedding Anniversary

Today is our 30th wedding anniversary.  It seems like yesterday when we were 18 and 19 years old standing at the alter at the wedding. The past 30 years have flown by.  I would choose John all over again.

We plan to eat at a new Italian restaurant tonight called Luigi’s in Leavenworth.  The restaurant has just opened and was featured recently in the local newspaper. 

John and I, my cousin Patricia and her children William and Emily enjoyed delicious entrees at Luigi’s tonight.  The service was great and the food delicious and reasonably priced.

Sock Monkey came along.  Emily shared some of her meal with him. LOL

Earlier in the afternoon we drove over to Patricia’s to pick them up.  John promised William and Emily a driving lesson in the big truck.  We chose the empty parking lot of an old Wal-mart for them to drive in.  They had a great time.

010 Emily is helping Sockey keep his eyes covered.  He is scared. LOL

    Happy belated Anniversary you two. Wow, 30 years! :) We just celebrated our 34th 2 1/2 weeks ago.

    I'm sure the kiddos had a blast driving the monster truck!

    I've SEEN that big truck, up close and personal!! If I show up in the parking lot, could I drive it too?? ...and a Happy Anniversary to you both...yes, time does fly..many more!!!!
