Today we celebrate Independence day and send a huge thank you to our troops past and present. Our freedom is not free. Without them there would be no freedom. God bless our troops.
Can’t believe it but the last day of the rally has come. This morning was spent helping decorate for the 35th Escapees Birthday Celebration and Dinner then on to the chili cook off. We had a full day of events.
After the dinner and birthday celebration Roger, Barb and their grandsons Ty and Dylan came by to say their goodbyes as they will be leaving early in the morning. We have enjoyed working with Roger and Barb on the parking team again this year. A special thank you to their grandson’s Ty and Dylan for helping with some of our parking duties.

A little later the fireworks show began as well as the rain, wind and lightening. Fred was totally freaking out. Thanks to a fellow Escapee member Fred had some medication to help him relax.
Tomorrow lots of fellow Escapee members will be heading out to various destinations. We wish them safe travels as they make their way down the road and we look forward to seeing them again.
