In the early morning hours we were awakened to heavy rain and thunder and, of course, Fred shaking. He was not happy with the weather. John got up and pulled the awning in just in case the wind kicked up. By the time we got up, somewhere around 9:00 a.m., the sun was shining again. Yeah!!
Fred was glad to see the rain and thunder leave.
Not much going on around our house today besides making a grocery run and my daily walk on the trail.
There are a few trees with changing leaves.
One of the new benches along the walking trail.
Tonight John grilled a T-Bone steak for dinner. We split the steak and had potatoes and slaw. It was so good....much better than the restaurant meal we had the other night.
Laugh everyday. Happy trails. Stay safe.
