Still having cooler temperatures today. If the weatherman is correct the warmer temperatures will be back tomorrow. The high is supposed to be 83 and that is ok by me. LOL Not much going on today but laundry and stuff like that.
Tonight John grilled some carrots to go with the baked tilapia and pasta I cooked for dinner. It was very tasty. Never thought about grilling carrots until a fellow work camper told us about them.

Sometimes I put "root" veggies in the oven after tossing them in olive oil and seasonings...potatoes, onions, rhutabagas, squash..sweet taters...Brown 'em up real nice..they caramelize beautifully...
