Power Up

Yesterday Lambert's fed us way to much, I did try my best to eat it all but couldn't. This leads to breakfast, one of the pass-arounds was taters and onions which was also my breakfast with eggs and toast. Shortly after breakfast Darrell showed up to start on our electrical repair. After tracking the problem down to the transfer switch he made the needed repairs. We now have full power. Lunch was Lambert's leftovers, chicken fried steak, still yummy. Managed to work in a nap then a trip to Walmart. We set outside a while, today was partly cloudy or partly sunny depending on what part of the country you are from. Supper was 80/20 cheese burgers on the grill with onion rings and a Yuengling Black and Tan. For the burgers I mix up a 2.25 lb pack of Walmart 80/20 ground beef with a bag of Great Value shredded sharp cheddar cheese (2 cups) mixed together, makes about 8 patties.

  1. Is Darrel and Judy still there at the Plantation? You may not know them? How is the park there? We are looking at some sites at Benson Arizona. We hope to take off a week to go and visit down there. Glad to see you have your power back. Take notes on what happened so when it happens to me you can help me fix it.
