John and I drove over to Louisburg and met Paul and Mary for lunch at a place called Miss B’s Café. The food and service was very good.
This is John’s plate. Look at the size of that country fried steak. Wow! I think that is the biggest one I have ever seen. LOL
I chose a grilled chicken sandwich on sourdough bread with a side of applesauce. This is the first pink applesauce I have eaten. It was tasty. Of course we were too full for dessert but got some to go. All the pies at this place were homemade. We chose a slice of coconut cream and a slice strawberry rhubarb. Yum Yum.
We enjoyed our visit with Paul and Mary and hope to meet up with them down the road one day. It is always fun to share travel stories with fellow full timers.
Later in the afternoon John and Fred settled down for a nap.
I guess I was making too much noise when I reached for the camera because I woke Fred up. Doesn’t he look like he is aggravated with me. LOL
Laugh everyday. Happy trails. Stay safe.
That food sure looks good. We love meeting other RVers too.
