East Canyon Resort

Yesterday was our last day in Provo.  We have enjoyed our visit with Mike and Leslie.  They have been our tour guides.  We also had the opportunity to meet their daughter Karen and her family.  So nice to finally meet them. Lots of fun and good food.

While we were in the area Mike drove us  through several scenic routes. We even got to see where he learned to ski…when he was 50.  Wow, way to go Mike.  You are braver than I am. LOL

This morning we stopped in to say our “see ya laters” to Mike and Leslie before heading off to East Canyon Resort near Henefer, UT.     The trip wasn’t a long one so we didn’t tow the car.  Fred and I followed along behind John.  After getting parked in our site we had a problem with the trees.  We weren’t able to open the door or run the slides all the way out because of the limbs.  John went back to the office and we were lucky enough to get the site right across the street.  A very good site.

The weather was so nice we took a walk around the park after dinner.
