Happy Father’s Day to all the fathers out there.
Dad Hatch. We love and miss you.
Dad Hill. Love you.
Happy Father’s Day to my sweet husband John.
Today we received sad news that fellow RVers Ed and Marilyn lost their home on wheels in a fire. We are so glad they are safe. Our thoughts and prayers go out to them.
Up at 7:00 a.m. and out of the park by 8:20. Our goal today is to go as far as we can and setup somewhere before dark. Our travels were uneventful and we made it to Lazy Day Campground in Montgomery City, Missouri around 6:15…..just in time for the ice cream social at 7:00. While at the ice cream social we met Cindy, Larry and Linda. As we enjoyed our ice cream and shared travel stories, Cindy mentioned a possible problem with her batteries. After finishing our ice cream we all went over to Cindy’s and John and Larry looked at her batteries to see what she needed. We enjoyed meeting them and sharing travel stories.
This park has a large fenced in dog walk. I took Fred over there before dark so he could run around. He really enjoyed it.
One of the signs inside the dog run.
A bench for the humans to sit on.
Fred sniffing around.
Tomorrow will be another travel day for us.
Laugh everyday. Happy trails. Stay safe.
