Mom Hatch Recovering from Hip Surgery

Mom Hatch has had a tough couple of days.  Yesterday, the day after her 85th birthday she dislocated her hip and was taken by ambulance to the hospital.  The doctors popped it back in but it popped back out again.  Unfortunately that meant surgery.

This morning she underwent hip surgery to install a "cup" in the socket to take out the slack.  The surgery took about 2 hours.  She is resting comfortably.  Thank you to everyone for the kind words and prayers.

    That must have been some birthday party to dislocate her hip! Did you get out the Limbo pole?? Just kidding..Our wishes to her for a speedy recovery!!
