Fred back to normal.

Just a note to let everyone know Fred is back to his normal self.  We are still  unsure about why he was acting so strange.  John thinks he might have gotten small burr or sticker stuck in his paw somewhere.  Yesterday when he was acting so strange John checked him over but didn’t find any stickers on his paws or anywhere but some of them are too small to see.  John got one of these stickers stuck in his foot this morning and thought, “Hey this might be what was wrong with Fred.”  Those darn things really hurt.

Fred waiting for a treat.

We woke up to a cold 44 degrees this morning.  I was not a happy camper. LOL  Around 2:30 this morning we were awakened by a banging sound.  High winds moved through the area and we thought, at first, that the noise was the slide awnings flapping until it continued loudly.  John got up and went outside to check it out and found it was the side table on the grill.  He put it in the basement and hurried back to bed.  Needless to say, we didn’t get much sleep.

After breakfast we rode over to Canyon Lake to visit with Aunt Sylvia and to pick up my Zaggfolio for my iPad.  Such a cool device.  I am loving it.

It allows me to have a full keyboard connected to my iPad all in a case.

Update on our friend Bennit via Facebook post by Wallace:

The latest on Bennit "at present" it appears that he may have had a stroke. They are doing an MRI on him now.

Needless to say , Bea is really upset. Will post any update as we get it.

Our thoughts and prayers are with Bennit and Bea. We hope he gets a good report from the MRI.

Laugh everyday.  Happy trails.  Stay safe.
