Up at 6:00 a.m. this morning. We met Charles and Ethel and enjoyed attended church with them. Afterwards we had breakfast at a local restaurant called the Village Inn. The food was delicious and the conversation priceless. Thank you Charles and Ethel for inviting us to share your Sunday morning with us.
Later in the afternoon we headed over to Harold and Sandie’s to visit with them and the rest of their family. Sandie and I decided to watch the video “Hachi a dog’s tale” while John and Harold watched softball. This is a good movie but be warned…..you will need some tissues handy when you watch it.
Harold grilled burgers and Sandie prepared all the fixings along with corn on the cob. For dessert she baked a pineapple upside down cake. Everything was so yummy. After dinner we all sat down to a game of 10 Penny. Harold III (Harold and Sandie's son) and his wife Brandi and both children joined in on the fun today. We all had a great time.
Remember to laugh everyday. Happy trails. Stay safe.
