Chilled out at the campground until early afternoon then we all rode into Livingston to sightsee then have dinner before the Livingston Roundup Rodeo began. John had googled eating places the other day and found Montana’s Rib & Chop House Restaurant. The locals speak highly of this restaurant so we decided to try it out.
John happily awaiting his BBQ ribs. LOL He sure loves him some ribs.
The weather was so nice we enjoyed eating outside.
Terry and Annie.
John’s ribs.
Terry’s New York Strip.
Annie and I split a buffalo steak and three sides (squash casserole, garlic mashed potatoes and baked beans. The food was so good.
After our delicious meal we were off to the Livingston Roundup Rodeo. Our seats were reserved grandstand seating which was under a cover and really came in handy when the brief rains came through during the first half of the rodeo.
The view from our seats at the rodeo.
I took several pictures of the events but they turned out blurry so I decided not to post them. The rodeo was followed by an awesome fireworks show. I took a few pictures of that also. Some of these pictures were a little blurry also but you can tell it is fireworks.
Tomorrow Annie and Terry will be traveling on to Colorado before heading back to Mississippi at the end of the week. We have had a lot of fun with them while they were here and will miss them.
Laugh everyday. Happy trails. Stay safe.
