It is hard to believe that our time here in Gillette as come to and end. John and I went to lunch with the remaining members of the parking team today. We have enjoyed working with them as well as getting to know them. I know we will see them down the road again sometime.
Bennit, Bea, Cathy and Rod.
Earl, Peg and Berke.
John and I.
Tonight the Class of 2007 as well as a few other friends met at a local Chinese Buffet for a surprise 50th Birthday Party for Marcia. I think we managed to surprise her.
Here comes Marcia.
Bea singing a funny birthday song to Marcia.
John grabbed the fire extinguisher….just in case the candles became too much to handle. LOL
Marcia packing up her funny birthday gifts.
Marcia sporting her reading glasses, walking cane and “Golden Years” tee shirt.
I tried to get a close up of the tee shirt. It was too funny.
After the party everyone said their final goodbyes or “see you laters” in the parking lot. Some of us will be traveling together tomorrow to Rapid City, South Dakota for more adventures. We wish all our friends safe travels.
Laugh everyday. Happy trails. Stay safe.
Just checking your itinerary and we will be in Byram MS at Swinging Bridge campground from 11/24-11/31 and just miss you when you get back from your travels...bummer!!! Sounds like you always have a blast!! Safe travels....Loretta and Bill

I love giving a surprise party...We had one here when Den turned 60..Hard to believe that next year he turns 70...I sure wish I could slow this aging process down, but ...maybe another surprise party is in order for McGuyver.
