Up by 9:00 this morning and as I looked out the window what did I see? Overcast skies! By mid morning it was raining again with temperatures in the 40s. Oh, but I was not a happy camper. Enough with the rain already. Fred wasn’t happy either. After his first outing this morning, he promptly took a nap.
Fred taking his nap.
John got busy working on the ribs he will be taking to Josh and Lindsay’s tomorrow. They sure smelled good while cooking.
Don’t they look yummy?
As afternoon approached the park started filling up. I think there are a couple of spots left on our side of the park. I’m sure a large portion of them are only here for the weekend. Hope the weather clears up for them.
This is the scenery out of living room window. The birds just sat there for a while. They might be enjoying the drizzling rain. LOL
We wish all our friends that are on the road during the Easter holiday safe travels.
Laugh everyday. Happy trails. Stay safe.
Stay safe..saw on tv last night that monster storm heading East from St Louis MO area. Tornadoes and heavy rain and wind...be careful. Happy Easter! Loretta and Bill

ReplyDeleteI think I am related to Fred by marraige...
At least the weather looks good in your header picture.
ReplyDeleteCan you tell me the campground you stayed at in Milton Oh as I have reconfigured our travel route and distances and I think we may be staying there in June. I have the Huntington/FoxFire KOA, Jim's Campground or Beech Fork State Park in Barboursville which is close by. Was it any of those???? Loretta
ReplyDeleteI think Fred was napping just until the ribs were done???
