Turkey Meatloaf & Lemon Garlic Pork Tenderloin

Up at 8:00 and John made another yummy batch of blueberry pancakes. Can you believe we did not leave the park today?

We had a pound and a half of ground turkey and a pork tenderloin in the refrigerator and since I like to cook things ahead when possible…. today was cooking day. I roasted the lemon garlic pork tenderloin and made a turkey meatloaf. I will freeze half of each for those days when I don’t feel like cooking. LOL

Turkey meatloaf with leftover green beans & taters & onions for lunch.

Roasted lemon garlic pork tenderloin with brussel sprouts, steamed carrots & parmesan pasta for dinner.

The weather was so nice this afternoon that John sat outside and read for awhile…..that’s right I said read. Anyone who knows John knows he does not read much. He has been reading the book, “Midnight in the Garden of Good and Evil” given to him by a fellow RV Dreamer. Thanks Charles.

After dinner John was in the kitchen cleaning up and guess who showed up……Sockey the Sock Monkey…. not to help but to supervise. LOL

Tomorrow is moving day. We will venture on to Milton, West Virginia to visit with John’s niece Shannon and surprise his nephew for his 18th birthday.

Laugh everyday. Happy trails. Stay safe.
