On the road to Kansas.

Today was moving day.  Our destination…..somewhere in Kansas….on our way to Leavenworth.  I have a cousin who lives there that I have not seen in about 10 to 12 years.

We left Monument, CO mid morning stopping at a rest area to eat lunch.  Later in the afternoon we stopped at another rest area and I got behind the wheel and drove around 100 miles.  I love this big truck; you can’t even tell the camper is behind it.

We pulled off at Ellis, Kansas and decided to stay at Ellis Lakeside Campground.  It is a small park that appears to be well kept.  It is just right for an overnight stay over.

Tomorrow will be moving day again.  Our destination will be Leavenworth, Kansas.  I think we have less than a four hour drive tomorrow.

Laugh everyday.  Happy trails.  Stay safe.
